Rachel's Wish

Rachel is an 11 year old girl from Belleville who suffers from Rett Syndrome, a neurodevelopment disorder. Rachel’s wish was to go to Disney World. Being non-verbal, she communicates with sounds and moods. Thus, when she sees Mickey & Minnie Mouse and Tinkerbell, she lights up and dances. Her wish came to fruition in March of this year. It was a chance for the whole family to enjoy spending quality time together.
